How long does shipping take? Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship worldwide? Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Free shipping on all orders over $60.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email us at hello@gravelpulse.org with your order number to start a return.

Are your products compatible with my bike computer / app? All our sensors and GPS devices are compatible with the major platforms — Garmin, Wahoo, Strava, and Apple Health. Each product page lists full compatibility details.

What warranty do your products carry? All products include a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll sort it out fast.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on GravelPulse.org to check your order status anytime.
